Meet Svetlana Parilova

I am a certified professional coach, group facilitator, consultant, and a working mother of two amazing children.

I believe that thriving people create thriving businesses! I help leaders and their teams move from frustration and conflict to resilience, connection and collaboration.

Every person has unique leadership potential and style, which can be leveraged to maximize their results and influence on others. Teams perform best when people feel connected to each other and a bigger picture, mutually accountable and psychologically safe to speak up and take calculated risks.

• A leadership team operating in a fast paced, high-stress environment that turned stress and finger pointing into resiliency and collaboration and reduced leadership burnout.

In my work with clients, I use Positive Intelligence® mental resilience training, Energy Leadership coaching method, and the Appreciative Inquiry approach. I lean into my experience of living in different countries and cultures, building a successful career as an immigrant and a working mom in banking, and transitioning from being an employee to owning a business.
